The first shot is pretty old-school for me, about 7 years back, as much as I can’t believe it. That’s Model Sarah behind the cover… I’ve seen a lot of shots lately with magazines, or record covers, or whatever in place of the subject’s face. Here’s one more…

The second is a more recent “direct” engagement of the model and a painting… a double portrait of sorts. You can see the advanced digital technology used to create this effect… that and an X-acto knife.
